Make file boundaries visible in a combined prompt

The packager combines readable file content with filenames and optional instructions. Markdown boundaries use FILE headings; XML-style boundaries wrap each document in a named block.

The output is a text package, not a ZIP archive or an upload to an AI service. Review it for private information and context size before sharing it elsewhere. XML-style wrappers are prompt delimiters, not a guarantee of valid standalone XML.
